What is a Digital Photo Booth?
A digital photo booth produces high-quality images ready to share with the world and comes instantly to your mobile device by text, email, or airdrop. In order to provide service to your event, all you will need is a power outlet and a venue that offers Wireless Access to the Internet (WiFi).
What is a Virtual Photo Booth?
Think of having the physical photo booth on your mobile device or computer. The virtual photo booth allows for guest to be apart of the celebration without being physically at the location.
What makes Liv & Joy Photo Booth Rentals so special?
We are committed to providing a memorable experience to our clients and their guest during their special occasion.
What is required for me to make a reservation?
Please follow and complete steps in the "Book Online" Tab.
Please Note: A 50% retainer payment is due in order to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of the event.
On the day of my event what should I expect from the company?
Please allow us and hour for set up and tear down. You can also expect us to be available for contact throughout the entirety of the event for any needs that may arise.
Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guest?
The digital photo booth is designed to be operated easily by users with no assistance. Therefore, no booth attendant will be present other than for setup and tear down. That being said, there will be a designated booth attendant "on-call" to support the client and their needs. Please allow booth attendant 15-20 minutes to arrive to your event if any hands on assistance is needed at no charge. The Client also has the option to request a booth attendant for the entirety of their event for an extra charge.
How long can I keep the Photo Booth for?
Depending on time and availability, if more time is needed on the day of the event, you will be charged $100/per extra hour. Customer must have pre-approved confirmation from Liv and Joy photo booth.
Where should I set up the Photo Booth?
We ask for at least 6ft' long by 9ft' wide by 10ft' high, but a 10'x10'x10' location works best next to a power source. DO NOT select an area for the photo booth that has a lot of foot traffic (for instance next to an open door or exit). Safety for your guest and equipment is at the upmost importance.
How big is the backdrop?
Size is 8' wide x 7.5' high.
Can I provide my own backdrop?
Yes, you can set up your own backdrop.
How much power do I need?
We need a wall outlet (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) for the photo booth. We do not recommend sharing the outlet with any other instrument in order to prevent the outlet from being overpowered.
How can I make sure everyone is safe?
We take the safety of our clients and their guest as our highest priority. In order to remain safe, we ask that you do not have the photo booth placed next to a door way, emergency exit, or anywhere else that is near heavy foot traffic.
Can I rent the Photo Booth for an outside event?
Must speak with staff for qualification and arrangements. (*We are currently not serving outside events. We apologize for the inconvenience)
Is there a travel fee?
There is no travel fee in a 17 mile radius from the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois area. Beyond the 17 mile radius a travel fee will included in the cost.
*Travel over 30 miles requires the purchase of a Premium Package.
What kinds of props are provided by Liv & Joy Photo booth?
We can provide both physical and virtual props.
Can I Cancel my Photo Booth rental and receive a refund?
Company Cancellation
If we cancel your rental before delivery and setup due to circumstances beyond our control you will receive a full refund.
Client Cancellation
Full deposit refundable within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. After 48 hours of purchase confirmation, voucher may be presented.
